Shipping policy

Domestic (U.S. Shipping)

VINwiki Fulfillment ships packages via United States Postal service, unless otherwise requested by the customer.  The Postal service offers delivery averages, not guaranteed delivery times.  If you require guaranteed delivery, please contact us so we may arrange alternative shipping. 

Additionally, we will not be responsible for delays caused by shippers.  We will do everything to assist you in receiving your package, however we provide tracking for all packages that leave and that is our good faith gesture showing that the package has shipped.  Tracking numbers are not generated until the item has been packed for shipment - we do not pre-print shipping labels.  If there is an issue that is our fault, we will work with you to correct it - however we will not be held liable for issues concerning shipping delays for any reason. 

If you receive free shipping, we reserve the right to use whichever shipping method we deem proper and offer no guarantee as to the timeliness of delivery.  We will provide tracking. 

Additionally, if your order is returned for an incorrect/insufficient address provided by you the customer, we will refund you the product, minus a 15% restocking fee.  Your shipping will not be refunded.

International Shipping

VINwiki Fulfillment ships via the method stated by the customer.  We will fill out all customs forms appropriately on our end, however we will not be held accountable for customs fees and duties that are required by the customer.  Shopify automatically populates the original purchase price of the items you purchase into all customs forms for international shipments.  If you purchase items at a discount, you will be responsible for duties for the original price.  This cannot be changed and you have been given fair notice of this fact and by purchasing you are accepting these terms.  You purchase at your own risk of additional fees, duties, et cetera levied by the country of delivery.  Packages returned for failure to pay customs may have their items refunded, however we will not reimburse shipping.  Additionally, if there are additional fees required to return the item, the cost of the return will be subtracted from your purchase refund amount.

Please note: We cannot be held accountable for shipping delays.  We will do everything we can to ship your items in a timely manner however we will not guarantee shipment arrival times.  Any-and-all transit times shown are time-weighted averages based on past shipping.
