I was charged an import duty by the UK government, is there anything you all can do?
Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about what other governments do.  We make every attempt to fill out customs information as accurately as possible.

PayPal keeps changing my shipping address while I am checking out, what can I do about this?
If you are ordering with PayPal, you need to make sure that the address listed in your PayPal account is the address you want your shipment sent to (preferably you).  PayPal wants us to make sure we ship to this address to enable the Seller Protection.

I used the wrong address in my order, what should I do?
The best course of action is to wait.  Generally, orders are returned to us in a few weeks and we will reach out to you when/if we get a returned shipment.

Will you sell my personal information?
Your privacy is very important to us.  We will not sell your information to anyone.

I got an email from Free Radical Labs talking about my order.  Is this legit?
Free Radical Labs is the company that handles fulfillment for VINWiki.  If you receive an email from them they will include the order number to authenticate the conversation and they will NEVER ask for any payment information.  They may however ask you to verify your shipping address if it was not entered correctly during checkout.

How long before my order ships?
Most orders ship within 24 hours.  If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you.

How do you all handle product returns?
If there is something wrong with your order, we want the opportunity to make it right.  Simply contact us and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
